The company Prosperplast Deutschland GmbH produces and distributes plastic products for gardening, household, and hobbies and is one of the leading companies in this industry throughout Europe.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the southern region of Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg) and Austria.


Your responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and advising existing customers
  • Acquiring new customers onsite and online
  • Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions as a visitor and exhibitor
  • Independently preparing product presentations and closing deals
  • Creating and implementing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Participating in product trainings and further education, as well as receiving professional training
  • Conducting sales activities through written and telephone communication, primarily from a home office

We expect:


  • Experience in sales and customer service, although career changers are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • High resilience and dedication
  • Knowledge of English and/or Polish is an advantage
  • Residing near the sales regions would be beneficial
