Scrum Master (m/f/d) Krones AG

What tasks can you expect?

Taking on process responsibility for the application of agile methods within product development
Further developing, establishing and supporting agile work processes together with management and relevant departments
Communicating and representing the agile mindset using suitable methods and techniques with all involved stakeholders
Identifying problems and conflicts and finding suitable solutions
Exchanging ideas and experiences with other Scrum Masters

What do we expect from you?

Completed degree, preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or computer science
First professional experience as a Scrum Master desirable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communication and teamwork skills
Independence and sense of responsibility
