Content and Process


In your apprenticeship with our subsidiary SWB Regional Ver- und Entsorgung GmbH in Adenau, you will learn about all commercial and business processes, get involved in personnel and accounting, and acquire knowledge in controlling.

Marketing and customer service are also part of the diverse content of your apprenticeship. You will also gain insights into our technical operations.


During your apprenticeship, you will learn, for example:

  • To determine costs and needs for products and services
  • To obtain quotes, place orders, and check goods receipts
  • To advise customers
  • To handle financial and business accounting
  • To carry out schedule planning and office organization
