Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:
- Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of parking control systems, lighting, and technical equipment
- General maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Being the first point of contact for customers and providing friendly and confident information about the parking facilities
- Representing the company and being available for customer inquiries on site
- General office tasks
What you bring to the table:
- Good knowledge of German
- Customer serviceoriented behavior
- Technical understanding
- A valid Class B driver's license and basic computer skills, knowledge of cars is a plus
