Your responsibilities:
Direct reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of Universitätsmedizin Mainz
Leading and managing the "Finance" department in the context of the "Master Plan" project
Establishing and implementing suitable project management and controlling structures for the topic of "Finance" within the project, also serving as a liaison between the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and Universitätsmedizin Mainz
Communicating with internal and external (financial) partners, especially ministries and administrative institutions of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate
Close and collegial collaboration within the project team to achieve project goals


Your profile:
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with proven, several years of professional experience and leadership roles in the hospital or healthcare sector
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in project management, as well as in establishing and continuously developing financial and controlling processes and tools
