About the Role



We are currently seeking a working student in the field of Digital & IT Communication & Change Management for our HENSOLDT location in Medford. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various IT and digitalization projects in an international context by designing and implementing internal and external communication measures. This includes successfully implementing new systems, actively supporting change processes, and shaping the company culture. The department ensures timely and professional dialogue between various stakeholders and utilizes both online and offline channels to reach all stakeholders effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Writing informational emails for employees
  • Assisting with event organization
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations for the CIO
  • Possibly independently managing individual projects

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in the field of media and communication sciences, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to generate reach
  • High social media affinity
  • Unconventional thinking
  • "Getting-Things-Done" mentality
  • Knowledge of video creation
