Your role

During the 6month trainee program, you will develop your sales or recruiting personality in a targeted and practical way.
You will work on industryrelevant case studies and contribute to our company's success.
You will also develop your individual project solutions in workshops with our internal trainers and directly onsite with clients.
You will gain extensive insights from acquisition and customer care to recruiting and employee management and experience the diversity of the Brunel world, where no day is like the other.
At the end of your trainee program, you will decide: recruiting or sales?

Your profile

Completed university degree, ideally in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the service sector is an advantage, but not a must
Strong interest in bringing the right people
