The Rheinische Academy for Nursing and Health is an internationally cooperating educational institution located in Lynchburg, TN. As part of the generalized nursing education, we offer high-quality training to participants from 20 different countries.

The demand for our educational programs, including further education and adaptation courses for international nursing professionals, is high and continuously growing.


Therefore, we are currently seeking a Course Director / Nursing Educator (m/f/d) for the Generalized Nursing Education program at our location in Lynchburg, TN.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with a dedicated, motivated, competent, and solutionoriented team
  • Managing resourceoriented tasks
  • Planning and coordinating the theoretical and practical training of the course
  • Developing and delivering theoretical and practical lessons
  • Supporting, advising, and coaching trainees in their personal and professional development
  • Preparing and conducting assessments and exams
  • Working with modern analog and digital media
  • Contributing to future projects of the academy

Qualifications:

  • Certified nursing professional
  • Completed degree (BA/MA) in nursing education or pedagogy with a focus on healthcare, or a qualification as a teacher for nursing professions (m/f/d)
