The Chamber of Crafts Mannheim Rhein-Neckar-Odenwald, as a public law corporation, represents the interests of the crafts sector in the region and offers its members a wide range of services.

We are currently seeking a part-time employee (m/f/d) for the "Initiative Ausbildungsbotschafter" project (50%) in the Department III - Vocational Training, starting as soon as possible.

The "Initiative Ausbildungsbotschafter" project has been an integral part of our career orientation and an information campaign of the state government of Baden-Württemberg since 2015, aimed at increasing the attractiveness of vocational training.

For years, the number of young people choosing a dual vocational training has been declining.

Ausbildungsbotschafter are apprentices who have consciously chosen their vocational training and are enthusiastic about it. We use them at numerous training fairs and school events.

Through direct exchange between young people and apprentices on an equal footing, the craft apprenticeships can be presented in an excellent way.

Department III - Vocational Training is responsible, among other things, for monitoring and implementing vocational training as well as recruiting apprentices in its area of responsibility.
