Description
Lease Administration Responsibilities:
- Input lease information and upload documents into the Yardi Property Management Database per Yardi Lease input procedure.
- Prepare and distribute critical date reports; maintain tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks.
- Ensure rent rolls are accurate and reconciled to the Simone Property Tenant (PT) profile.
- Monthly review & coordination with leasing on any changes to ensure accuracy
- Audit of vacant spaces (i.e., sq. ft., Unit number, Unit ID, etc.).
- Communicate with both the AR team, Property Accountants, and VPs of Accounting to assure awareness of lease modifications entered into Yardi.
Other Duties:
- Assist with preparation and distribution of periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Special projects as needed.
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in accounting, business, or related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years.
Additional Comments on Knowledge, Education, and Experience
- Must have strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
- Yardi or other Property Management Software experience required.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Ability to communicate with all tenants.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of the commercial leasing process.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Deliver quality work and meet mandated deadlines.
Pay:
$79, $99,000.00 per year
