Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Recruiting and Sourcing:
- Prepare and post job ads on a variety of sourcing sites to reach qualified and emerging talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and educational institutions.
- Prepare offer letters in compliance with Company requirements.
- Prepare and administer comprehensive background check, and preemployment program.
- Conduct initial new hire orientation including I9 and ADP training.
- Manage the Employee Referral Program.
Relationship Management:
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Handle all employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
Employer Branding:
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitmentrelated activities.
Reporting & Metrics:
- Prepare and present recruitment management reports and metrics to analyze hiring strategies and other relevant recruiting metrics.
Secondary Functions:
- Update the Organizational Chart upon each employee status change.
- Act as backup for the Company's onboarding program, "The NHO".
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the SUD/AOD, or behavioral health fields in fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer management.
- Familiarity with ADP or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building spreadsheets and models using MS excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish an effective and resourceful staffing pipelines and talent pools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- May consider 35 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on the recruitment lifecycle.
