    Compensation Range

    $139,600.00-$192,000.00 Annually

    Join us in a pivotal leadership role focused on driving growth, developing products, creating market strategies, and achieving operational goals. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing product and market management within the nonwovens business, particularly in the building and construction sector. The Portfolio Manager will lead initiatives to meet customer needs effectively and enhance value propositions, collaborating closely with various internal teams.

    Based in either Denver, CO or Spartanburg, SC, your responsibilities will include:
    • Contributing to strategic planning
    • Identifying innovation opportunities
    • Analyzing market trends
    • Conducting competitor assessments
    • Shaping product vision
    • Engaging in customer collaborations
    • Attending industry events and trade shows
    • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
    Your Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred)
    • Minimum 10 years in technical/commercial roles
    • Strong project management skills
    • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Travel may be required (25-40%)
    • Work setting: office environment
