Your responsibilities:


  • You will independently manage our construction sites (wet plaster and drywall work, as well as external insulation) including work preparation, material procurement, and personnel planning
  • You will provide expert advice and support to existing and new customers
  • You will be the point of contact on the construction site for your team, customers, and suppliers
  • You will be responsible for creating, calculating, and reviewing project offers
  • You will independently manage our construction sites including work preparation, material procurement, and personnel planning

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a master's degree in plastering and are looking to further develop your skills
  • You have experience in project costing
  • You have experience in leading a team
  • You possess strong communication skills, organizational skills,
