To strengthen our fantastic and dedicated team at our location in Nußloch, we are looking for a
Production Manager (m/f/d) for Precision Tool Manufacturing in a permanent position.


Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for meeting quality, safety, and jointly developed production targets
  • You plan and manage personnel deployment based on the production plan
  • Continuous improvement activities in terms of safety, quality, costs, and productivity
  • You are involved in the process of developing new precision tools
  • If necessary, you provide support in programming work on individual machines
  • You develop solutions for technical problems with CNC machines
  • You are the contact person for the management and support them, for example in investment planning

Your qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship as a precision tool mechanic, machinist, tool
