On behalf of a nursing company in Kamenz, we are currently looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carrying out nursing measures according to the individual needs and wishes of the clients
Supporting with mobilization and daily activities
Documenting nursing processes and collaborating in an interdisciplinary team
Promoting the quality of life and selfdetermination of the clients
Meeting the human needs of the clients

YOUR PROFILE:
