They develop, produce, and distribute over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, and medical products. Their brands Doppelherz and Protefix hold leading positions in their respective markets and are distributed to consumers through pharmacies, drugstores, consumer markets, and e-commerce both domestically and internationally. 40% of their sales come from international markets. In addition, they also distribute the brands Stozzon, Ramend, Litozin, and Tiger Balm domestically.

Your responsibilities:

In addition to traditional reception tasks such as operating the telephone switchboard, processing incoming mail, and welcoming and assisting visitors, including international visitors, your responsibilities will also include the following:

Managing our digital applicant management system, Umantis, in all phases, including creating and posting job advertisements
Managing our electronic time tracking system, ATOSS, processing all relevant data, and creating evaluations
Optimizing processes and systems for existing procedures and digital applications
Organizing and planning various internal topics, such as company training for our apprentices, company-wide evaluation of opportunities for (student) interns, or creating materials for different projects
Supporting the HR department and taking on general administrative tasks
