Currently seeking a Contract Attorney


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to Grand Jury Subpoena's
  • Defend Business Clients under Criminal Investigation [State or Federal]
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure highquality service delivery

Skills:


  • Trial Lawyer Skills

Qualifications:


  • Texas Bar Admitted

Experience:


  • 2 to 5+ Years of FELONY GRAND JURY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED or 15+ Years of Any Criminal Defense Experience
