We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our extraordinary team and assist us with organizing over 1,000 events annually. While a significant portion of our events comprises weddings, we also handle various other social gatherings.

Your Responsibilities would include:

• Organizing the facilities to ensure smooth stock movement.
• Verifying that all incoming and outgoing items are correct and in excellent condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional for guests.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with clients to manage the timely delivery and return of eventrelated items and equipment.

A valid driver's license is a must for this position. The work schedule involves 3-4 days per week, with weekends included.

During your shift, you'll start at our showroom/warehouse and travel in our vans and trucks across the local area and occasionally to neighboring states to break down events.
