You will be responsible for handling claims for our clients and will be their first point of contact.

You will always be available to advise our clients.

Are you communicative and have experience in the service industry or have completed a commercial apprenticeship? Then we look forward to hearing from you soon, in the form of an application.

Your tasks:

Telephone and written customer advice and support
Recording and initial consultation of claims
Coordination of the repair process between customers, partner companies, experts and workshops
Advising our customers on the insured services

Required skills:

Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Good manners, strong communication skills
Teamwork and flexibility
Proficient in common PC applications

Required education:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in the service industry

Full-time

Working hours: 2-shift system

Salary:
