Responsibilities:

  • Managing central personnel administration and independently creating legally relevant personnel documents, such as employment contracts, contract adjustments, warnings, termination agreements, employment references, on and offboarding
  • Creating personnelrelated statistics
  • Close collaboration with management
  • Conducting employee meetings/feedback discussions
  • Clarifying questions related to collective bargaining, tax, social security, and labor law
  • Conducting monthly payroll in collaboration with our payroll office
  • Recruitment: in particular, creating and publishing job advertisements, as well as contacting potential applicants
  • Guiding and conducting job interviews

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in personnel management, ideally in recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
  • Professional written and telephone correspondence
  • Structured, goaloriented, and conscientious work style
  • Excellent knowledge
