Project Manager for Allianz Handwerker Services GmbH in Levan, UT
Allianz Handwerker Services GmbH is the specialist and competent partner for the insurance and real estate industry. We take care of the complete organization and handling of repair, renovation, and modernization work.


Your Role / Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for the complete project organization and management of real estate. Your tasks are diverse and include commercial conversions, apartment modernizations, and individual construction projects. In this position, you will have access to a company car - also for private use.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Management and implementation of measures in conversion, repair, and modernization
  • Care for existing and new customers
  • Control of quality, deadlines, and costs
  • Review of offers and invoices
  • Commissioning and management of tradesmen
  • Project controlling
  • Independent execution of tenders and awards
  • Control and clarification of outstanding, due claims

Your Skills and Abilities:


  • Technical education in construction (completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, technician or master craftsman)
  • Professional experience in handling construction projects is an advantage
  • Experience in building renovation or modernization is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Independent and structured way of working, organizational talent
  • Class B driver's license, excellent IT and German language skills
