The Building Blocks Program has been designed to assist identified students, in grades Preschool, Kindergarten 1 and 2 who present with high rates of challenging behavior and low academic achievement.

It is anticipated that many of the program participants will additionally be struggling with adverse impact as a result of trauma, mental health issues or may be on the autism spectrum.

Paraprofessionals in this capacity will:

Follow and implement behavior plans

Record appropriate data daily

Be a positive role model
**ABA experience and PMT preferred.
