Job Description:
Round One is hiring an Amusement Manager for our new location at the Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury, CT. The Amusement Manager will oversee the arcade and crane games, ensuring they are in optimal playing conditions. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling cash, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to achieve sales goals, assist customers, plan work schedules, ensure staff compliance with policies, and more. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to perform General Manager duties in the manager's absence, curb theft, and contribute to operational improvements. The role involves resolving customer complaints, monitoring departmental sales, and ensuring a pleasant store image.
