We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager for Construction (m/f/d) in a permanent position for our
Technology and Construction department in Davisboro, GA.


Your responsibilities:

  • Project management and/or support for construction projects
  • Monitoring of external service providers, particularly construction companies and specialist planning offices
  • Technical planning and representation of the client for investment and maintenance measures
  • Optimization of building areas and facilities
  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments, identifying necessary actions
  • Developing measures for energy conservation and supporting their implementation
  • Budget responsibility for the projects or project portion under your supervision
  • Acting as the asbestos officer for the properties under your supervision, including maintaining the hazardous substance register
  • Supervising fire protection measures

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (Dipl.
Ing., Master or Bachelor) preferably in Architecture, alternatively in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in planning, creating tenders, controlling and project management of technical building equipment according to the performance phases of HOAI
  • Knowledge and experience in public procurement of construction services is desirable
  • Willingness to further educate yourself
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD programs
  • Flexible, motivated and openminded personality with strong team skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Ability to take on high levels of responsibility
  • Reliability, attention to detail, resilience and stress management skills
  • Strong sense of meeting deadlines and cost awareness
