Are you motivated to familiarize yourself in detail with various business and nursing structures and processes and develop them together with your team of nursing service managers? Then you are in the right place with us, the Bonitas nursing group

As an area manager, you will be responsible for the structural, qualitative, and economic development of the out-of-hospital intensive care sector in your region, in collaboration with your regional management.

This includes optimizing internal processes, improving quality, and increasing employee satisfaction.

We are looking for reinforcements for this important and highly exciting leadership role in the Osnabrück region.
