Your tasks:


  • Your main focus will be on conducting the recruiting process through various portals
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the personnel recruiting software and creating new job advertisements
  • You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, personnel service providers, and will expertly manage the entire recruiting process
  • Administrative HR work from employee entry to exit
  • Close collaboration with colleagues and the works council

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further training as a HR specialist
  • You have several years of experience in HR / as a HR clerk
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office products; knowledge of the HR tool Personio is advantageous
  • You have experience in contract design and are familiar with the relevant labor and social security law basics
  • You have a selfsufficient, structured, and reliable way of working
  • You enjoy performing administrative tasks and possess a high level of service and responsibility, accuracy, diligence, and discretion
