We are looking for a
Coordinator for Cooperation and Mergers (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters starting August 1, 2023.

This is a full-time position, initially limited to 2 years.

In collaboration with the city of Hannover, you will support the increased cooperation and merger of sports clubs to better utilize existing resources.

Your Responsibilities:

Identifying potential for cooperation between sports clubs, schools, daycares, and other institutions
Providing advice and mediation for existing cooperations
Moderating and managing cooperation processes
Close strategic and content coordination with the city of Hannover
Contact with politics and administration of the city and region of Hannover, as well as associations
Consulting on funding programs
Organizing and conducting specialized training on cooperation and mergers
Proactively promoting the benefits of cooperation and presenting best practice examples
Organizing neighborhood/districtspecific dialogues and
