Position Overview:

The Program Supervisor oversees program operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards. They directly supervise personnel, manage administrative functions, and maintain operational efficiency.

The Government provides initial training for the regarding procedures, standards, and documents unique to the contract within two (2) weeks of transition without significant service disruption.

By the end of this period, the supervisor achieves proficiency in contract tasks and understands all requirements for successful performance.

Additionally, Program Supervisor is responsible for ongoing personnel training to maintain current skills and coverage during absences for all contractor personnel at Lincoln Place and the Springfield Warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct supervision and personnel management of a team of 24 personnel.
  • Exercise authority over personnel matters including discipline, termination, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Functions:


  • Manage program administrative tasks, including tracking manhours, quality control, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with contract performance requirements and procedures.

Operational Oversight:


  • Monitor and assess program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in supervisory roles, preferably in logistics management, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • Proficient knowledge of industrystandard procedures and regulations.
  • Experience in personnel management, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform assigned tasks, including lifting heavy objects up to seventyfive (75) pounds.

Required Skills:


  • Criticalthinking skills to analyze complex situations and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing resources efficiently.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.

Clearance Requirement:

This position requires a Top-Secret level security clearance.


Salary Range:95k-105k.


Pay:
$100, $105,000.00 per year
