- This position is highly skilled, fieldoriented, project management work performed independently between the Office of Facilities Services and its general contractors. This position serves in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing design, construction, commissioning, and warranty. This position must have a high level of building automation installation and implementation. This position performs work under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Field Operations.

- FY24 Grade 13: $83,109
- $159,242 per year (competitive benefits)
- Pending approval of the FY25 salary scale, Grade 13 salary range will be adjusted
