The Courier is responsible for delivering packages and documents to specific customers in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner in Sugar Grove, VA.

This role requires flexibility in working hours with the possibility of working on weekends.

Responsibilities:

Prepare items for delivery
Enter accurate pickup and delivery information into the tracking system
Follow designated route points
Adhere to protocols for safety, security regulations, and customer service policies
Drive vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with state regulations and safe driving practices
Provide proactive communication with customers regarding pickup or delivery issues.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Flexible working hours
Good knowledge of local roads and addresses of customer locations in the city/region
Ability to quickly solve problems in challenging situations
Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
