For over 100 years, our housing cooperative with around 3,000 members has been a reliable partner for housing supply in the southern part of Hamburg.

We have around 2,200 apartments in attractive locations and offer a comfortable range of services for living. New opportunities for real estate professionals or technicians.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a real estate professional (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) for technical support, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You represent our cooperative for our residential complexes and are the first point of contact for our members and contractors.

Your tasks include, among others:

Implementation of maintenance and individual modernization measures, maintenance or other construction services, obtaining quotes, commissioning, management and control of external companies, as well as billing.
