Your tasks:

You proactively work on the development of a forwardlooking professional HR controlling,

- advise and support management on control needs and instruments,
- create and analyze standard and ad-hoc evaluations, HR reports, and provide forecasts and trend analyses,
- ensure quality and develop plausibility checks,
- develop concepts for the introduction of new databases (MS-SQL), further develop existing databases, and ensure proper operation.

Your profile:

Required

You have a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in
Public Management or
Business Administration (preferably with a focus on controlling) or
Controlling.
