White Horse is looking for a Workshop Manager/Workshop Foreman (m/f/d) with a specialization in metal


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing personnel, technical and commercial aspects of the workshop in Werneck/Zeuzleben
  • Defining, coordinating, supervising and monitoring work processes
  • Training of subordinate employees
  • Material and spare parts management
  • Quality assurance/shipping
  • Documentation and administrative tasks
  • Compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations

What we are looking for:

  • Reliability, commitment, sense of responsibility, team spirit
  • Enjoyment of responsibility and leadership
  • Manual dexterity, technical vocational training is an advantage
  • Forklift/crane license is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, inventory management)
