Team Leader Operations Technology Electrical (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Ensuring the technical availability of production machinery and equipment as well as technical building equipment (TGA)

Monitoring of legal inspection deadlines Organization and coordination of external trades Active participation in projects Leadership of a team in disciplinary and technical aspects as well as promotion of the professional and personal development of team members Obtaining quotes for necessary IH measures or new acquisitions in cooperation with technical purchasing Planning and controlling resources and capacities of the department Collection and evaluation of system-specific KPIs and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations Implementation and further development of the maintenance planner in coordination with technical purchasing Contact person (m/f/d) for internal and external parties Your profile:
Completed degree in natural sciences or engineering / master's degree Several years of experience in the above-mentioned activities Experience in managing an industrial production area including personnel management Assertiveness, strong leadership qualities, accuracy and stress resistance Very good knowledge of German in spoken
