We are currently looking for you as a specialist in facility management (m/f/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at our location in Cologne.

Our team is looking for reinforcement to make our team even more robust, innovative, and efficient.

As a team player, you have the opportunity to take on tasks in the field of maintenance/facility management and have a positive impact on the Strong Rail.

Your tasks:

In consultation with facility managers, you take on more complex topics such as planning and preparation of extensive maintenance measures.
You are responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining dashboards for controlling facility availability, as well as checking and optimizing maintenance and service contracts.
You communicate with external and internal service providers and manage procurement and maintenance projects in facility management.
You are responsible for setting up and introducing new applications, including ongoing training for employees.
You are responsible for fault management, including recording faults, commissioning and coordinating service providers, and accepting their work.
Finally, after one year, you will take on facility responsibility for selected facilities
