Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing
Administrative Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will provide support to our service manager, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best.

Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling technicians, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.


Qualifications

  • Proper Phone etiquette.
  • Trying ability.
  • Ability to utilize MS Word, Excel.
  • Experience with ConnectWise is recommended but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environment.
  • MUST be able to multitask.
  • MUST be able to take direction.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • An IT / Technical background is recommended, but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English.
