Your tasks:

Preparation of offers
Customer support by phone and in person
Preparation of invoices
Preparatory accounting tasks for the tax advisor
Contact person for employees
Management of the exhibition space
Recording of incoming invoices

What you bring:

Completed commercial training
At least 5 years of professional experience in the commercial sector or as an assistant (m/f/d)* / clerk (m/f/d)* or similar professions
PC skills
Reliable and independent way of working
