Your main responsibilities:


  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for users in daily operations (by phone/remote)
  • You are responsible for problem analysis and resolution
  • You also support the configuration of the software and act as the contact person (m/f/d) for future requirements and requests
  • Onboarding of new customers is your responsibility
  • You are interested in being involved in project management and taking on your own projects
  • You provide onsite or customer training

What you bring with you:


  • You have completed training or have qualifications in the IT field
  • You have an understanding of IT and the commercial sector
  • You have strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
  • You have an affinity for working with computers
  • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
