Description
For our client, an internationally operating investment bank in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently seeking a permanent Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
You will work for a team of bankers and support them with all administrative tasks in their diverse daily business.
- Correspondence / phone calls in German and English
- Interface between superiors, clients, and colleagues
- Organization and preparation of meetings
- Reception and welcoming of guests and business partners
- Booking and preparation of meeting rooms (including preparation of drinks/catering)
- Calendar management
- Travel management and preparation of travel expenses
- Printing and binding of presentations
- Mutual assistance representation
- Database maintenance
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or foreign language education/studies
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment
- You have excellent German and English skills
- Your knowledge of the MS Office package is also solid
- You have a wellstructured way of working and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and set priorities
- You have a professional and confident demeanor in an international environment
