Our client, an international automotive supplier located in Lörrach, is seeking a IT Support employee (m/f/d) to join their team. This position is available immediately and is full-time through temporary employment.

Both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Your responsibilities

Handling support requests via phone, email, and ticket system

Analyzing and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and networks

Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and end-user hardware

Evaluating and pre-qualifying incidents and service requests for the IT back end

Assisting with the implementation and development of optimization measures

Your profile

Completed education in the IT field

Experience in IT or a strong interest in the field

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong communication skills and customer orientation

Fluent in German and ideally English
