Job Duties
- This position is wage/hourly and will work Monday-Friday, during core business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no state benefits offered with this position. This position is authorized to work for a renewable, maximum of 1500 hours per year.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Facilitating meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering, issue resolution, and process improvement.
- Adding, removing, and modifying user accounts and groups.
- Collaborating with business partners to design and implement processes and workflows to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
- Facilitating system maintenance, monitoring, and business continuity, for the financial systems environment.
- Creating documentation such as technical specifications, stand operating procedures (SOPs), dataflow diagrams, test plans, and systems documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices and methodologies.
- Technical skills to include:
- Ticketing system utilization
- Account provisioning
- Ability to maintain system documentation, logs, and functional instructions.
- Ability to support business processes, changes, and updates.
- Strategic thinking, with robust creative problem solving and inquisitive skills.
- Ability to present technical information concisely with Proof of Concepts, diagrams, and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize assignments.
- Strong timemanagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in building rapport and relationship with peers and endusers.
Additional Considerations
- Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in an analysis/administrator role.
- Experience within the financial industry.
- Strong customer service experience.
