V. - Bunter Kreis Berlin was founded by affected individuals and professionals in 2009.

Our mission is to support families with premature, severely and chronically ill children to live at home and accompany them on their journey.


Our services include the implementation of social medical aftercare, family support, support for self-help groups, sibling work, as well as breastfeeding and nutrition support.

A multidisciplinary team of pediatric nurses, social workers/family therapists, a psychologist, and a pediatrician support and accompany the affected families until they are able to manage life with a sick child.

Each family is at the center of our help, with their individual needs being our top priority.


Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities with us include:


  • Social medical family support within the framework of social medical aftercare and social pedagogical family support, tailored to the needs of each family
  • Coworking with the multidisciplinary team of the organization in the sense of case management
  • Collaboration with hospitals, authorities, and relevant networks
  • Reporting and documentation, contribution to statistics and evaluation of the department
  • Implementation of quality management and participation in the development of quality standards

Qualifications:

You are a good fit for us if:

  • You have completed vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • You have a passion for working with parents and a holistic view of families with special needs children
