I am experiencing various issues with managing my email. My personal information was taken from a website and I am receiving many fake emails throughout the day that are easily recognized as fake. These emails are related to packages waiting for delivery or pick-up at offices, or storage space being full on iCloud, etc.

Although my iCloud is not full, I keep getting a red message on my Hotmail account saying "storage space full, cannot send or receive emails." I am using both my Hotmail and Apple Mail accounts, but I am not sure which one is working and which one is not. I need help and guidance with all of this technology from Apple, as I am very lost.

Additionally, I see that I have a lot of information in the form of photos, etc. scattered across multiple folders or spaces on my phone. I do not understand when they are being downloaded.
