For our department
CPG Plasma Logistics in Schwalmstadt, we are currently looking for a CPG Transport Management Clerk 2 (m/f/d) - R full-time / permanent / E 9K*).


Your responsibilities:


Order processing:


  • Systembased processing of plasma sales within the company
  • Entering and maintaining incoming orders in SAP
  • Creating delivery notes
  • Preparation of documentation according to regulatory requirements
  • Plausibility check and ensuring the accuracy of order data and invoicing in SAP
  • Preparation of export declarations in SAP

Customs:


  • Processing and customs clearance using various IT tools/systems
  • Customs warehouse management for all imports and exports to ensure compliance with laws
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes to comply with customs and other foreign trade regulations

Transport processing:


  • Creating transport orders for land and air freight with the transport service provider
  • Plausibility check of transport documentation (airway bill, bill of lading), clarification with the transport service provider in case of discrepancies
  • Monthly and weekly transport capacity planning with transport service providers
  • Communication with customers and transport service providers for inquiries, delivery conflicts, or clarification of transportspecific requirements
  • Booking of transport orders for CSL Plasma centers and thirdparty suppliers, taking into account suitable partial quantities of primary packaging materials
