The training program for Industrial Management Assistant (m/f/d) combines practical training in the company with theoretical lessons at the Andreas Schneider School in Heilbronn.


What to expect:


Practical experience at Baier & Schneider

  • The duration of the training program is 3 years (can be shortened by half a year) and starts in September.
  • The first week includes several seminars and trainings.
  • You will go through all important departments in the company (e.g. human resources, marketing, sales, purchasing, accounting/controlling, logistics).
  • Gradually, you will take on responsibilities, work on your own projects, or become part of a team.

At vocational school

  • Your theoretical lessons will take place at the Andreas Schneider School in Heilbronn.
