Your responsibilities:
- Support for the transportation team, particularly in the areas of route planning and service billing
- Point of contact for our employees and clients
- Point of contact for clients and funding agencies
- Monitoring, recording, and billing of work hours
- Recording of employee absences
- General administrative tasks
- Telephone service, rotating during business hours Mon-Fri from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
