Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Child Educator (m/f/d) or equivalent, to join our team at Butlertown. The position is available immediately or by arrangement. As a Child Educator, you will work with our clients in both the daycare and youth welfare sectors. In the daycare setting, children aged 8 weeks to school entry age learn and play together. Our focus is on discovering a new world through individual and age-appropriate development and support for the children. We encourage children to tinker, think outside the box, develop their own ideas, and construct their own worldview. In the youth welfare sector, you will primarily work in residential groups providing 24-hour care for children and adolescents.

Our goal is to de-escalate crisis situations within families and assess the risk to children through intensive work with parents.

We strive to restore family stability and reunite families, in order to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
