HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For our client, a globally operating market leader in the metal and electrical industry, we are looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) as part of direct placement.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:


  • You support the team in daytoday and project business and ensure efficient and flawless processes
  • This includes tasks such as preparing and entering information and data
  • You handle internal and external contacts by phone and in person and carefully process initial inquiries
  • Furthermore, you coordinate travel arrangements by booking flights and hotel accommodations
  • Finally, you support the visitor center and order and distribute work clothing

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant, and have gained initial experience in the mentioned field of activity
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs, and good knowledge of English is desirable
  • You convince with your integrity, reliability, and organizational skills
  • You also possess good teamwork and communication skills, as well as an openminded
