    Description
    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Job responsibilities and qualifications may be subject to local, state, or federal regulations
    • Responds to work orders for various in-store equipment, including minor repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, hot and cold beverage equipment, ice makers, fryers, griddles, ovens, fuel dispensers, etc.
    • Addresses work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
    • Responsible for replacing necessary equipment as required.
    • Manages parts inventory on trucks.
    • Performs preventative and basic maintenance tasks on various equipment and structures.
    • Schedules and prioritizes daily duties and assignments.
    • Completes necessary reports and paperwork daily.
    • Inspects equipment and follows service procedures as per manufacturer guidelines.
    • Calibrates equipment to meet legal standards.
    • Recommends outside contractors for maintenance issues if needed.
    • Assists in resolving maintenance problems as directed.
    • Participates in training sessions for equipment maintenance.
    • Works on external equipment safely, regardless of weather conditions.
    • Provides training to junior technicians.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Offers equipment/system training to other technicians.
    • Completes assigned duties and projects.
    • Adheres to safety regulations.
    • Available 24/7 for emergency calls.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • EDUCATION: High School/GED
    • YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
    • CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: multiple certifications required
