We have the resources and talent usually found at a more mature organization, including fully staffed teams to support marketing, IT, accounting, and clinic growth.


Leadership Opportunity


Our company leads the field in the volume of client magic we create by holding an event in each clinic/service area every single day during school holidays.

That's hundreds of events, and we're looking for a creative, experienced people leader as our Events Manager. This person will lead a large team spread across 10 states.

This role will also serve as the right arm of the VP of Corporate Events, supporting several high-profile events ranging from unforgettable celebrations with entertainment, sophisticated political fundraisers, events attached to professional sports sponsorships, and many more.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 810 Events Specialists located in various states in designing and executing engaging events for school holidays and breaks (e.g., summer vacation)
  • Leverage your expertise and creativity to support the VP of Corporate Events in designing and executing highprofile, unforgettable corporate events
  • Partner closely with Marketing to effectively promote, measure, and report on the success of events
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, HR, PR, Sponsorships, and other teams for creation and execution of events (clinical and corporate)
  • Build and manage budgets and performance tracking
  • Manage external vendor/partner relationships
  • Ensure all events are entered into our event platform, Cvent, accurately
  • Assist with corporate events, including grand openings, open houses, Csuite events, holiday parties, and CEO events

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 510 years of proven experience in event planning, management, and execution, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience leading a successful team, preferably a decentralized, remote team
  • Proficiency in Cvent software or similar eventplanning platforms
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting
  • Experience in managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual production, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Expertise Needed

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from conception to completion, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in event design and execution, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently during events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
